Alfredo Bowman – the Ancestor we know as Dr. Sebi – was born on November 26, 1933 in Ilanga, Honduras. 

Throughout the course of his life he healed thousands of people of HIV, herpes, and other diseases thought to be incurable.

  • How many people with AIDS did Dr Sebi cure?

    In the mean time, here is what we know:

    In 1998, the state of New York in the United States sued Dr Sebi for therapeutic claims made on behalf of his products. According to the lawsuit, “For an initial fee of $500 and $80 for each additional visit, patients were told they could be cured of AIDS and other diseases. The ‘cures’ consisted of various herbal products, for each of which USHA made therapeutic claims…”

    When Dr Sebi was called to testify before the Supreme Court of New York, he called more than 70 witnesses who verified they had been healed by Dr. Sebi. While we do not know how many AIDS patients he cured, we know that thousands of celebrities and civilians back up his claims.

  • Why is eating plants better for you than eating meat?

    First off, let me clear up some misconceptions: Meat is not completely bad. Our Ancestors ate meat and were still the healthiest people on the planet. In fact, according to archaeological findings the people of Kemet ate two meals a day: a morning meal of bread, beer and onions, and a big dinner of boiled vegetables, meat bread and more beer (of course). The upper class ate  vegetables, meat and grains at every meal, plus wine and dairy products like butter and cheese. We also know that there are important nutrients in meat that the body needs to perform at its best.

    Here is the downside: eating meat causes your body to produce something called an Advanced glycation end-product.

    Ironically, the acronym for the above substance is AGE – and thats exactly what it does. Studies have shown that AGE is responsible for “aging and the development, or worsening, of many degenerative diseases, such as diabetes, atherosclerosis, chronic kidney disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.”

    Other research has shown that plant based dieters have fewer diseases, they perform better cognitively, and they look better, too. Ok, that last claim might be a little subjective, but…

  • What are the benefits of the alkaline diet?

    Specifically, here are some benefits of eating an Alkaline diet:

    The absolute biggest benefit of an alkaline diet is that you will eat a basket full of plants every day. Think about how many fruits and vegetables you have eaten this week.

    Sleep is critical for your immune system and your overall happiness. Nothing feels better than falling asleep as soon as your head hits your pillow and waking up refreshed and ready after a deep, deep nights sleep. Im getting sleepy just typing that 🤣

    Seriously, here is what the Mayo Clinic had to say about sleep:

    Studies show that people who don’t get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus, such as a common cold virus. Lack of sleep can also affect how fast you recover if you do get sick.

    During sleep, your immune system releases proteins called cytokines, some of which help promote sleep. Certain cytokines need to increase when you have an infection or inflammation, or when you’re under stress. Sleep deprivation may decrease production of these protective cytokines. In addition, infection-fighting antibodies and cells are reduced during periods when you don’t get enough sleep.

    So, your body needs sleep to fight infectious diseases. Long-term lack of sleep also increases your risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart and blood vessel (cardiovascular) disease.

    So if you want to hack your health naturally, start by sleeping more and sleeping better. Here is a random list of hacks I have developed over the years:

    • Use an eye mask to block out all light. Especially electronic lights
    • Meditate right before bed
    • CBD oil (warning – this will knock you out)
    • Lavender Oil Aromatherapy
    • Lemon Balm
    • Valerian Root Tea
    • Chamomile Herbal Tea Blends
    • Chaste Tree Berry
    • A cooling matress pad
    • Waking up at the same time every day, no matter when I go to bed

    And since sleep is when our Ancestors speak to us, you should give sleep the respect it deserves. Whatever works for you, do it.
