Enough is Enough: The War on Black Children MUST End NOW

Enough is Enough: The War on Black Children MUST End NOW

Imagine this was your child.

Footage has surfaced of a South Carolina police officer slamming and dragging a Black child onto her classroom floor.

Regardless of the circumstances, no student deserves this kind of treatment.

Blacks and whites alike have come together to condemn the girls behavior and defend the police officer – even going so far as saying police officer Ben Fields couldn’t be racist because he is sleeping with a Black woman (seriously. That was said).

This one incident exposes the nature of our relationship to white supremacy in the United States. We continue to allow our own children to be victimized by a system that has decomposed the Black psyche to the point where we will side with our enemy.

As you will read, the nature of white supremacy has always followed a modus operandi that enslaves Blacks for the purpose of profit and control.

The School to Prison Pipeline

Prosecution is one of the 9 weapons of white supremacy. The “school-to-prison pipeline” refers to the policies and practices that push Black students out of classrooms and into the juvenile and criminal justice system. From there, young people face a lifetime of prosecution, prison, and probation that never ends.

Last month, The Atlantic published the following :

“Estimates reported by The New York Times in 2009 indicated that as many as 17,000 sworn police officers were posted in U.S. schools..Schools where at least half of the children are nonwhite.. are home to the highest percentages in the country of K-12-campus law enforcement.”

The prison industrial complex has positioned itself to put our children on the fast track to prison by stationing police in public schools.

There are now over 2 million people living behind bars in the United States. That’s half a million more than China, which has a population five times greater than the U.S.

This is not by accident.

The prison industry has become one of the largest for-profit industries in the United Slaves, capturing and convicting slaves to work for pennies on the dollar.

According to the Left Business Observer, ironically “the federal prison industry produces 100 percent of all military helmets, ammunition belts, bullet-proof vests, ID tags, shirts, pants, tents, bags, and canteens. Along with war supplies, prison workers supply 98 percent of the entire market for equipment assembly services; 93 percent of paints and paintbrushes; and 92 percent of stove assembly.

The United States of America was built on slavery. Today, the country has gone back to its old ways by targeting the most vulnerable members of our Black community – our children.

It seems as if we are the only ones who dont realize that we are at war.

Emmit Till was 14 when he was lynched in 1955.

Before him 14-year-old George Stinney Jr.  boy was sentenced to death in 1944 for the murder of two white girls in a segregated mill town in South Carolina, in a trial that lasted less than three hours and reportedly bore no evidence and barely any witness testimonies. Executioners noted that he was too small for the electric chair when he died; the straps did not fit him, an electrode was too big for his leg, and the boy had to sit on a bible to fit properly in the chair.

On September 15, 1963, a bomb blast set by the Ku Klux Klan ripped through a church taking the life of 4 Black girls attending Bible Study.

In 1973, A Black man and his stepson were confronted by plainclothes officer Thomas Shea. Believing they were the victims of a stickup, both turned and ran. Shea shot and killed 10 year old Clifford Glover- a fourth-grader at PS 40 who had been shot in the back. Thomas Shea could be heard yelling “You black son of a bitches!” and was recorded on walkie-talkie transmissions saying “Die, you little bastard,” Scott was overheard saying. One of the cops added a victory whoop: “The good guys won!”

Cops would later claim young Glover pointed a pistol at them as he ran away. Hundreds of cops searched for the mystery gun but found nothing.

The cop was acquitted.

The war on our Black men, women, and even children is not new. Unfortunately, neither is our reaction. We continue to pray for our enemies, participate in our own oppression, and ignore the facts.

Separate

With knowledge comes responsibility. How many more of our babies will be aborted, how many more of our students will be prosecuted, and how many more of our men, women, and children will be killed in the streets before take responsibility for our participation in this system?

When will you realize that they will take your life by force, rob you of everything you have ever had, throw your bodies away, and justify it all as being your fault. This is how your enemy has behaved for centuries. They wont change now. We must.

Get your children out of the public school system NOW. Create home schools. Dont know where to start? Buy and read Homeschooling Your Young Black Child: A Simple Getting-Started Guide and Workbook .

We can march, protest, and tweet into eternity, but until we stop participating in our own oppression, work to starve the system that feeds on us, and have enough sense to begin to create our own systems, this will happen again.

I agree this behavior must stop. The thought of continuing to just accept life destined to watch our loved ones hunted sickens me. With that being said, education is simply a small tip of the iceberg, and it doesn’t directly address our tormentors. While we hope it helps our community reconnect, bond, and flourish financially- open season still needs to end so the kids live long enough to become successful. Our community also needs a safe environment to flourish where they don’t have to be concerned that their success will be the catalyst of further envy and hate based attacks….

How do we do this, you ask? Simple, we treat our attackers like the TERRORISTS they are. Thats right those police officers, and everyday hateful citizens that have targeted and murdered unarmed black people should not only be penalized, they should be dealt with by the citizens and our government like terrorists. I found this article on ending Terrorism, and while it was aimed at organizations outside of this country, a lot of it was very relavant to handling things here. The link for the article http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2015/01/paris-terror-attack-isis-result-911-cover.html
Titled ” How to Beat Terrorism: Stop Making the Same 7 Mistakes” It outlined the following steps:
“I. Stop Overthrowing the Moderates and Arming the Crazies” plainly put these idiots are trained, validated, and armed with the ability to terrorize our community. Just as our government screens applicants to ensure no history of relation to foreign terror organizations, they should apply the same research to ensuring they aren’t arming the KKK
“II. Stop Supporting the Dictators Who Fund Terrorists ” basically as citizens we have to stop being afraid to speak against and question a government that does nothing to protect us. Stop accepting a police system that actually grants immunity to officers murdering us while they are on the clock who aren’t actively engaged in MUTUAL COMBAT –
“III. Stop Imperial Conquests for Arab Oil” LOL I know way off base right? But the whole point of this, is basically to stop engaging the enemy. The gains of the oil aren’t worth the cost of the war financially and the toll on human life. We have to stop engaging a system that doesn’t protect or include us- We lose financially and we are losing lives
“IV. Stop Drone Assassinations of Innocent Civilians” Again, I know its odd wording, but think about it- this isn’t about ALL WHITE PEOPLE we have to gain focus of who the terrorist is and put are focus and force there. While it would be nice if the innocent stopped to assist the cause, some prefer to put their heads down and cower- it’s understandable
“V. Stop Torture” While its my belief that our community hasn’t resorted to this, it is safe to say that during times whatever revolt we muster up, we shall take no prisoners. It will only make us look like savages – and no one will take us seriously.
‘VI. Stop Mass Surveillance” MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS and focus on what we are advocating
“VII. Stop Covering Up 9/11” Stop allowing the government to make light of these terroristic acts- maybe it’s time to consider a judicial board specifically assigned the task of enforcing the protection of our civil liberties – to ensure that if these juries of average joe’s who refuse to convict and chose to circumvent evidence, someone will step in and seek true justice.

The article goes on to illustrate how these 7 measures listed above all tally up to ensuring Power Hungry leaders stay at the top. At the end of the day terrorism in it’s purest form is a power struggle- but we should all be entitled to the same constitutional rights. It’s not possible to attain or maintain Life, liberty, or Pursue happiness if we are prey in the middle of hunting season.

This article was thought provoking, and I appreciate the thought and organization put into it. I don’t agree with separatism, but I believe that if we center our focus around creating a better environment for our children, it will naturally separate us from those with different focus. It will also attract those who genuinely believe in human rights, and value life.

P.S thanks for this article, I intend to repost my comments and reference this article as well as the other I have quoted from.
